7. JOHN RYAN INTERNATIONAL LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN SCREENRED.COM CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT SCREENRED.COM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS, BUGS OR OTHER DEFECTS HOWEVER DESCRIBED.

8. The names, images and logos identifying ScreenRed, John Ryan International Ltd. or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of John Ryan International Ltd., and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary property of John Ryan International Ltd., or any other third party.

9. You agree to use screenred.com forums in accordance with the Terms hereof and specifically the following forum rules. These rules apply across all screenred.com community sites and services. All subjective determinations shall be made by John Ryan International Ltd. In its sole and absolute discretion without an opportunity for protest, appeal or reconsideration.
About your posts:
- You are entirely responsible for all content contributed by you to the forum.
- Contributions must be civil and tasteful
- No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited, hateful or hostile.
- No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, stalking, defamatory, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, invasive to another’s privacy, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable and is strickly prohibited.
- disrupting the forum, annoying other users or preventing other users from using and enjoying the screenred.com forum is strictly prohibited.
- No spamming or off-topic material: submission of the same or similar contributions multiple times or contributing off-topic material in subject-specific areas is strictly prohibited.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
11. This agreement between you and John Ryan International, Ltd., and the application and interpretation of it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. You hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales for resolution of any disputes arising out of this Agreement.
